Silent thermal operation with automatic cutting

Direct thermal technology means no ink, toner or ribbon supplies to replace, keeping running noise to the mechanism and cutter only. The auto-cutter handles die-cut labels for up to 300000 cuts and continuous rolls for up to 150000 cuts. Power is supplied by the included AC adapter through a USB 2.0 full-speed port, so there is no internal power supply fan. The compact 5.00 x 5.70 x 9.20 inch footprint stays cool during extended print runs.

Drop-in rolls and flexible label lengths

The printer accepts Brother DK rolls up to 2.40 inches wide, including DK-1201, DK-1202, DK-1203, DK-1204, DK-1207, DK-1208, DK-1209, DK-1218, DK-1219, DK-1221, DK-1234, DK-1240 and DK-2251 continuous red/black tape. Maximum print width is 2.30 inches and labels can run up to 3.00 feet long for signage. Starter rolls are included so the unit is ready to use out of the box. Not suited for users who need colour graphics beyond red/black or who require inkjet or laser print durability.
