Rugged 4-inch mobile label printer

The Brother RJ4235BL is a direct-thermal mobile printer built for field workers who need to produce labels, receipts or invoices up to four inches wide while on the move. Its IP54-rated housing and 6.9ft drop protection let it survive dust, moisture and rough handling in vehicles or outdoor sites. Bluetooth dual-mode, USB-C and NFC give flexible pairing with phones, tablets or laptops. A smart Li-ion battery supports a full shift of printing.

Suits mobile crews needing durable on-site output

This printer fits delivery drivers, utility technicians and retail staff who must print receipts or compliance labels at the point of activity. It is not suited for stationary high-volume shipping desks that need continuous roll feed, nor for offices that require colour graphics or laser-quality text. Buyers who need a fixed desktop unit or networked print server should look elsewhere.

4-inch direct-thermal print width

The maximum media width of four inches determines whether the RJ4235BL can handle the label or receipt formats your workflow demands. If your documents are wider, this model cannot print them; if they fit within four inches, the printer meets that core requirement.
