Product Identity

The Brother TD4420TN is a thermal-transfer desktop label printer built for point-of-sale and logistics environments that require durable barcode output. It uses a heated ribbon to produce long-lasting labels on a variety of media types. The unit is supplied new and carries a two-year limited warranty from the manufacturer.

Who This Suits

Operations needing reliable thermal-transfer printing for shipping labels, asset tags or compliance stickers will find the TD4420TN appropriate. It is not suited for buyers who want direct-thermal printing without ribbons, colour label output, or a mobile battery-powered device for field use. It also does not serve high-volume industrial lines requiring faster throughput.

Power Specification

The printer operates on a 230 V AC supply and draws up to 60 A through an IEC 60309 three-phase plug. This power requirement is the single specification that decides whether the TD4420TN can be installed at a given site without electrical upgrades.
