Yellow laminated label tape

This pack supplies two yellow laminated tape cartridges for Brother P‑touch label printers. Each cartridge holds a 12 mm wide by 8 m long tape that prints black text on a yellow background. The laminated layer resists moisture, temperature swings and abrasion for indoor or outdoor use.

Compatibility and limits

Works with the extensive range of Brother P‑touch models that accept TZ or TZe tapes, including handheld and desktop units listed by Brother. Not suitable for printers that require non‑laminated tape, different tape widths or proprietary cartridge formats. Buyers needing continuous‑roll lengths beyond 8 m should look at alternative supplies.

Tape width and length

The 12 mm by 8 m dimensions determine whether the cartridge fits the intended label maker and yields enough labels for the job. Verify the printer’s accepted tape width before purchase.

Questions about this item

What tape width and length does the TZE631BD cartridge supply?

Each cartridge provides a 12 mm wide tape that is 8 m long, giving 26-1/5 feet of yellow laminated label material.

How do I install the cartridge in a Brother P-touch labeler, and what step is often missed?

Open the cassette compartment, insert the cartridge until it clicks, then close the cover; the step users skip is pulling the tape end through the guide slot before closing so the first label feeds correctly.

When should I replace the tape cartridge?

Replace the cartridge when the printed text becomes faint or the tape runs out; each 8 m roll yields many labels, so replacement frequency depends on your label volume.
