What the bundle includes

The Brother VC500WBK001 supplies bundle provides replacement ZINK Zero Ink paper rolls for the VC-500W compact color printer. It is designed for owners of the CZ1004 and CZ1005 models who need to keep printing full-color photos, labels and stickers without ink cartridges. The pack ensures you have the correct media on hand for continuous creative output.

Installing the paper rolls

Loading a new roll is straightforward: open the printer cover, drop the roll in with the paper feeding from the bottom, and close the cover. The printer automatically calibrates. The most common issue is inserting the roll upside down, which prevents the paper from advancing and causes a jam. Always verify the feed direction before closing the lid.

Check your printer model first

Before ordering, confirm that your device is a Brother VC-500W labelled CZ1004 or CZ1005. The bundle is not compatible with other Brother label printers or earlier VC series models. Using the wrong media size or formulation will result in print errors or potential damage to the print mechanism.
