Precise brewing tool

The Brutelle gooseneck electric kettle delivers ±1°F temperature control for pour-over coffee and tea. Its 27oz capacity and 1200W heating element suit home baristas who want repeatable extraction. The lightweight stainless steel body and specialised spout give steady flow control during manual brewing.

Setup requirements

Verify access to a standard North American 120V outlet for the 1200W draw. The 360-degree base needs a flat surface at least 6.2 inches wide and 7.7 inches tall clearance. Digital display readability depends on ambient lighting conditions in your kitchen.

Sustained operation

The 2-hour keep-warm function holds the exact target temperature between pours without reheating cycles. Automatic shut-off and boil-dry protection activate once the cycle completes or if the kettle runs empty. The 1.83lb chassis remains stable on the base throughout extended brewing sessions.
