Nylon locking wire cap connector rated 20 A at 250 VAC, accepts wire sizes from .300" to .655"
The Bryant 70620NC is a locking wire cap connector built from nylon. It accepts wire diameters from .300" to .655" and carries a 20 A, 250 VAC rating across two poles. Electricians and automotive technicians use it for quick-disconnect terminal and tab connections that must stay secure under vibration.
The nylon housing insulates the contacts and resists heat generated at the rated 20 A load. No moving parts or active cooling are present, so the connector adds no audible noise to the circuit. Power draw is determined entirely by the downstream device, not by the connector itself.
The two-pole, 20 A, 250 VAC rating is the single figure that determines fit. Buyers who need more poles, a higher current rating or a different voltage class cannot use this part.

Strip each wire to the correct length, insert into the connector until the internal metal tab clicks into the locking detent, then tug gently to confirm the lock has engaged; the click is the step most people skip.
Inspect the nylon body for heat-related cracking or discolouration and check that the locking tab still springs back firmly; replace the connector if the latch no longer holds or the insulation shows degradation.
The 20 A / 250 VAC rating is the primary limit; sustained current above 20 A will cause the nylon housing to overheat before any other failure mode appears.
