Compact 2.0 Soundbar for Desktop Audio

This BRYNCO multimedia speaker is a 12.4‑inch stereo soundbar that draws 5‑volt power from a USB port and receives audio through a 3.5 mm AUX jack. Two dynamic drivers deliver 6 watts RMS with a 20 Hz frequency response and 65 dB signal‑to‑noise ratio, while a front rotary knob and LED ring give quick volume control. The slim profile fits under most monitors or beside a laptop for tidy desk audio.

Ideal for Plug‑and‑Play Desk Users

The speaker suits anyone who wants instant sound from a PC, laptop, monitor, tablet or phone without drivers, Bluetooth pairing or an external power brick. It is not for listeners who need deep bass extension, wireless streaming, multi‑channel surround, higher output power, or a built‑in microphone for calls. Buyers seeking audiophile‑grade fidelity or room‑filling volume should look at larger systems.

Check Ports and Desk Space Before Buying

Verify that your device provides both a USB‑A port for power and a 3.5 mm headphone‑style output for the audio signal. The bar measures 6.1 in deep by 31.5 in wide by 6.1 in high and weighs .431 kg, so confirm enough clearance under your monitor or beside your keyboard. No software installation is required, but the USB port must supply standard 5 V current for the speaker to operate.

Questions about this item

What two cables must I connect to my computer for the soundbar to produce audio?

Plug the USB cable into a free port for power and the 3.5 mm AUX jack into the audio output; both are required for sound.

Will the 2.0 stereo soundbar work with a monitor that only has a headphone jack and no USB ports?

The bar needs a 5 V USB source for power, so you would need a separate USB charger or hub if the monitor lacks one.

How can I verify the 65 dB signal-to-noise ratio is performing as intended after setup?

Play a quiet track and listen for a clean background with no audible hiss at moderate volume — that indicates the rated noise floor.
