Right-Angled USB B Panel Mount Cable

This 100 cm extension cable connects a standard USB B male plug to a panel-mount USB B female socket. The right-angled male end eases routing in tight enclosures while the threaded female side secures to a chassis or bulkhead. It suits builders who need a fixed external port for printers, scanners or industrial peripherals.

Screw-Mount Female End Needs Panel Cutout

The female connector requires a panel opening and screws to lock in place, so the build must include a suitable cutout and mounting hardware. The 90-degree male plug frees vertical space behind the device but does not change the host port orientation. Buyers who need a straight-through cable or a different USB connector type should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What is the cable length for the panel-mount USB B extension?

The cable is 100 cm long between the right-angled USB B male plug and the panel-mount USB B female connector.

Does the 90-degree right-angled plug reduce strain when the cable runs flat against a panel all day?

Yes, the 90-degree angle keeps the cable close to the surface, preventing sharp bends that cause fatigue during continuous use.
