Single-source HDMI splitter for dual displays

This BUCIER adapter routes one HDMI source to two HDMI displays using a male-to-dual-female layout. It suits users who need to switch between a monitor and a projector without replugging cables. Only one display can be active at a time.

1080p passive switching only

The splitter passes video up to 1080p and handles 480i, 480p, 720p and 1080i signals through gold-plated connectors. It does not support HDCP content protection, so protected streams from many media players will not appear.

No simultaneous output or PC compatibility

The package includes the 12.2 inch splitter cable alone, with no power supply or software. Laptops, computers, TV boxes and cable boxes such as Roku are explicitly unsupported, and both outputs cannot run at once.

Questions about this item

What does the 1080p figure mean for my display?

The splitter passes 1080p, 1080i, 720p, 480p and 480i signals from one source to two outputs, but only one display can be active at a time.

What does the HDMI interface cap in practice?

The HDMI connectors route a single 1080p source to two outputs; HDCP is not supported and both displays cannot run simultaneously.

What does the 12.2 inch length need to fit?

The 12.2 inch cable bridges one HDMI male plug to two HDMI female ports, so it fits between a source device and two display cables.
