Copper terminal fits 3/0 to 4/0 AWG stranded wire, accepts a 3/8 in stud through a .41 in hole, and is rated for 600 V at up to 194 Degrees F
This Burndy copper terminal connects 3/0 to 4/0 AWG stranded copper conductors to a 3/8 inch stud. It is intended for commercial electrical installations that require a single-hole mechanical lug rated for 600 V and temperatures up to 194 degrees F.
Verify that your conductor falls within the 3/0 to 4/0 AWG stranded copper range before ordering. The lug accepts one conductor and features a .41 inch hole diameter for the specified stud size, with a tongue width of 1 in and thickness of .25 in.
The body is solid copper with a hex head for standard tool engagement. A tongue length of 1.06 in provides adequate contact area, while the single-hole design simplifies mounting on busbars or equipment pads in panel-building work.

The package contains the single-hole copper terminal with a 1.06 in tongue length and 0.41 in hole diameter. You must supply the 3/0 or 4/0 AWG stranded copper conductor and the 3/8 in mounting hardware.
The terminal accepts stranded copper from 3/0 AWG minimum up to 4/0 AWG maximum. Select the conductor size that matches your cable; both sizes fit the same 1 in wide, 0.25 in thick tongue.
The 600 V maximum voltage rating applies when the copper body is properly crimped to a 3/0–4/0 AWG conductor and bolted to a 3/8 in stud, with the assembly operating no hotter than 194 °F.
