Offset-tongue copper terminal for 1/0 AWG to 350 kcmil stranded wire, 600 V rated, 3/8 in stud hole, 1.1 in tongue width, 0.12 in thickness, 2.83 in overall length
This Burndy offset-tongue terminal is a mechanical connector made from solid copper for commercial electrical work. It accepts stranded copper conductors from 1/0 AWG up to 350 kcmil and terminates them on a single 3/8 inch stud. The hex head allows standard tool engagement for a secure crimp.
The offset tongue moves the connection point away from the conductor axis, clearing obstructions where a straight lug would foul a barrier or adjacent hardware. The jump is worth it when panel depth or bus-bar spacing prevents a direct lug fit, and the 600 V rating covers standard low-voltage distribution.
The terminal mounts on a 0.39 inch diameter hole with a 1.1 inch tongue width and 0.12 inch thickness, requiring only a matching stud and hex driver. It frees up space behind the connection by angling the cable entry, and the 194 °F temperature limit suits typical enclosure ambient conditions.

The terminal is drilled for a 3/8 in stud with a 0.39 in hole diameter.
A hex-head set screw clamps the stranded copper wire; the installer must torque the hex to the manufacturer value or the joint will loosen.
Inspect at any sign of discoloration or heat damage; the maximum operating temperature is 194 degrees F, so sustained higher heat means replacement.
