One-hole 2/0 AWG copper compression lug with tin finish, 600 V rating and 302 °F maximum temperature
The Burndy YAD26M12E12 is a one-hole compression connector designed for 2/0 AWG copper conductors. It features a brazed barrel with a tin-plated finish and accepts a maximum voltage of 600 V. The bare copper construction suits industrial and automotive wiring tasks that require a reliable crimp termination.
This lug suits electricians and maintenance teams terminating 2/0 AWG cable on a single bolt. It does not serve applications requiring insulated barrels, multi-hole pads or wire sizes outside the 2/0 AWG range. Buyers who need a different stud size or an insulated connector should look at an alternative part.
Installation requires a compression tool fitted with the correct die for the long brazed barrel. The barrel outside diameter is .67 in and the barrel length is .71 in. A mismatched die or insufficient compression force can leave a loose joint that overheats under load.

Use a hydraulic crimper with a die matched to the .67 in barrel outside diameter and .71 in barrel length for a proper long-barrel compression.
The one-hole tongue is .91 in wide, which matches a 1/2 inch bolt pattern, so it will fit your current bus bar hardware.
Inspect for a uniform crimp impression, measure barrel compression with a go/no-go gauge, and confirm tin-plated copper contact is fully seated against the stud.
