The Cable Prep FOC-300 is a spring-loaded hand tool built for technicians who cut fiber, Kevlar and soft copper or aluminum wire on a daily basis. Its universal-fit handle accommodates a wide range of hand sizes without adjustment. A one-finger safety lock secures the blades when the tool is not in use. A front handle hole accepts a carabiner for tethering to a belt or bag.

Stainless Blades with Serrated Grip

High-grade stainless-steel blades resist rust and include a large radial notch for multi-purpose cutting of fiber cable, Kevlar strength members and phone or data wire. The lower serrated blade face grips material firmly to prevent it from sliding out of the jaws during the cut. An adjustable lock nut lets the user maintain blade tension for longer service life. A serrated lock washer prevents the nut from loosening over time.

Spring Action and Ribbed Control

The spring-loaded handle action returns the blades automatically, reducing repetitive strain during high-volume prep work.
