Cable management for desk and rack builds

These eight-inch hook-and-loop ties come in a ten-pack and are made from high-strength nylon. They suit anyone tidying cables on an audio/video stack, computer desk or networking closet. The self-attaching design allows quick opening and re-use without tools.

Screw-mountable attachment frees routing options

Each tie is .5 inches wide and includes a mounting hole for screws into plywood, wood framing, relay racks or drywall. This lets you secure bundles directly to structural surfaces instead of relying on adhesive pads or zip-tie anchors. Cables stay routed where you put them.

Passive design adds no heat or noise

The nylon material contributes zero thermal load and produces no sound during operation. No power is required, so the ties do not affect system power draw. They simply hold cables in place once installed.

Questions about this item

Will the 0.5in width hook-and-loop straps hold heavy cable bundles without slipping?

The high-strength nylon and self-attaching hook-and-loop design keep bundles secure; each 8in strap wraps and locks onto itself for a firm hold.

Do the screw-mount bases get hot or degrade when left fastened to a rack all day?

The nylon ties are passive fasteners with no electrical load, so they produce no heat and do not degrade from continuous mounting.

What screw size do I need to mount these ties to a relay rack or drywall?

The ties have a built-in mounting hole for a standard screw; choose a screw length suited to your plywood, framing, rack or drywall thickness.
