Universal Bracket for Cablofil Cable Trays

This galvanised steel bracket is designed to support Cablofil cable trays in commercial and industrial installations. It suits installers who need a single, rigid mounting point for a 6-inch-wide tray run. The component is supplied new and ready for immediate fitting.

Compatibility Check Before Ordering

Verify that your existing tray system uses the Cablofil profile and that the run requires a 6-inch width support. Confirm the available mounting surface can accommodate the bracket’s 8.2-inch length, 6-inch width and 5-inch height envelope. Ensure the galvanised finish matches the corrosion-resistance requirements of the installation environment.

Behaviour Under Sustained Load

The steel construction maintains its shape and mounting integrity when the tray is continuously loaded with cables over long periods. Galvanised coating resists oxidation in humid or temperature-variable conditions without degrading. The fixed geometry provides consistent support without creep or deflection that could stress tray joints.

Questions about this item

Does the FASUCB150PG bracket come with mounting hardware or do I need to buy bolts separately?

The bracket is sold as a single piece. Mounting bolts, washers and anchors are not included and must be sourced to match your mounting surface.

Should I choose this 8.2in bracket for a 150mm wide Cablofil tray or is there a different size?

This bracket is made for 6in (150mm) wide Cablofil cable trays. It matches that width directly.

What does the 8.2in length mean when the bracket is installed on a loaded tray?

The 8.2in length gives the horizontal projection from the mounting surface, supporting the tray at that distance.
