Cable Tray Hardware

CABLOFIL electro-zinc screws and flange nuts come in a 50-piece pack for securing wire-mesh cable trays. The fasteners suit 4, 6, 8, 12, 18, 20, 22 and 24 inch tray widths and work with bends, tees and bolting turns. Installers handling commercial or industrial cable runs use them to lock tray sections together.

Zinc-Plated Steel Fixings

Each piece is steel with a zinc-plated finish measuring 1 inch high, 3/4 inch long and 2 3/4 inches wide. No extra mounting hardware is included so the pack supplies only the screws and nuts required for the joints. The components fit straight into the tray system without adapters.

Sustained Installation Use

Under continuous mechanical load the zinc plating resists corrosion while the steel body maintains clamping force across the tray connections. The 50-count quantity supports multiple fittings in a single project without reordering. Buyers needing stainless steel or larger diameters cannot use this pack.
