Caddy 389008 EZ-Riser Superklip Clamp

The Caddy 389008 EZ-Riser Superklip is a one-piece pipe and tube clamp designed for fast, convenient installation. It suits installers who need a non-metallic support that closes and locks automatically when the pipe, tube or cable is inserted.

Non-metallic construction with defined load limit

The clamp is made from non-metallic material and carries a maximum load rating of 67 lb. It is not metal detectable and fits a pipe size of 1 in. and a tube size of 1-1/4 in. Builders who need metallic components or higher load capacities should look elsewhere.

Automatic locking with compact footprint

Measuring 2-1/8 in. in length and 11/16 in. in width, the clamp locks on insertion without separate fasteners. The small profile allows use in tight spaces while the one-piece design reduces handling time on site.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 1-inch pipe or 1-1/4-inch tube version of the 389008?

The single 389008 clamp fits both 1-inch pipe and 1-1/4-inch tube sizes, so no separate version choice is needed.

It is the maximum static weight the non-metallic clamp can support after it automatically closes and locks around the pipe or tube.

How does the one-piece automatic locking design affect installation speed?

The clamp closes and locks automatically when the pipe, tube or cable is inserted, enabling fast one-piece installation without separate fasteners.
