4-Channel Fan Controller for PC Cases
The CAFELE unit fits a 3.5" floppy bay and manages up to four case fans through individual channels. Each channel delivers DC 12 V at up to 8 W, supporting both 3-pin and 4-pin fan headers. A blue LED indicates power status while the controller reduces system heat and fan noise.
Limited to Floppy-Bay Installation
The controller requires a free 3.5" floppy drive slot and draws power through a standard 4-pin Molex-style connector. Maximum cable reach is 40 to 43 cm, restricting placement in larger chassis. Total output is capped at 8 W per channel, so high-draw fans may exceed the limit.
8 W per Channel Decides Compatibility
Check each fan's rated power before connecting; any fan drawing more than 8 W on a single channel will overload that circuit. The 5–12 V adjustment range lets you balance airflow and acoustics within that ceiling. Builders needing higher wattage per fan must choose a different controller.

Questions about this item
How many fans can I run from the four channels and what is the power limit per channel?
The controller supports up to four fans, each channel delivering a maximum of 8 W at 12 V.
What does the 5–12 V output range mean for fan speed in my case?
You can lower the voltage to 5 V for quieter operation or raise it to 12 V for full fan speed, adjusting each channel independently.
Does the 3.5" floppy-drive interface limit the controller to older motherboards?
The unit mounts in a 3.5" floppy bay and connects via 4-pin power; it works with any system that provides a standard floppy power connector.
