3/4 in IMC Grounding Hub

The CALBRITE S60700LTV2 is a 316 stainless steel conduit hub designed for RMC and IMC systems. It provides a threaded grounding connection for industrial and commercial electrical installations. The 3/4 in trade size fits standard metallic conduit runs. It meets UL 514B and NEC compliance requirements.

Polished 316 Stainless Steel Construction

The hub features a polished 316 stainless steel finish for corrosion resistance in harsh environments. Overall length measures 1 5/8 in with a 3/4 in overall height and 1 5/16 in overall width. It weighs .54 lb. No insulation is included on the fitting.

Female to Male NPSL NPT Threads

Thread size is 3/4 in -14 with NPSL and NPT thread types in a female to male configuration. This allows direct connection between compatible threaded metallic conduit sections. The hub is intended for use with RMC and IMC conduit types only. No additional accessories or software are bundled.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 3/4 in NPT hub onto rigid metal conduit, and what step is often missed?

Thread the female NPT end onto the conduit until tight; the step often missed is bonding the grounding lug to the equipment grounding conductor for NEC compliance.

What maintenance or replacement will the 316 stainless steel grounding hub need over time?

Inspect the polished finish and threads for corrosion or damage; replace the hub if the grounding lug loosens or the NPSL threads strip.

What limit appears first when the hub carries continuous ground-fault current?

The 0.54 lb hub relies on the UL 514B-listed grounding lug; sustained fault current can overheat the lug connection before the stainless body degrades.
