Conduit Strap for 2 1/2 in Pipe

The CALBRITE two-hole conduit strap secures 2 1/2 in trade size IMC conduit in indoor and outdoor installations. It is built for electrical contractors and maintenance teams who need a reliable mounting point for this specific pipe diameter.

Rated Load Capacity 500 lb

The clamp carries a 500 lb load rating, giving ample headroom for standard conduit runs with typical wiring weight. It reaches its limit when the combined weight of pipe, conductors and any suspended accessories exceeds that figure.

316 Stainless Steel with Polished Finish

The 316 stainless steel construction resists corrosion in damp or chemical environments, and the polished finish adds surface protection. Two mounting holes of 0.25 in diameter allow straightforward fastening to structural surfaces.

Questions about this item

Will the 0.25 in mounting holes line up with the lag bolts I already use for 2 1/2 in conduit?

Yes — each strap has two 0.25 in diameter mounting holes designed for standard lag bolts or screws used with 2 1/2 in trade-size conduit.

How can I confirm the strap is rated for the 500 lb load once it is installed?

The 316 stainless steel construction and polished finish provide the rated 500 lb capacity; verify the conduit sits fully in the saddle and both mounting fasteners are tight.

Does the package include the 0.25 in mounting hardware or only the stainless strap?

Only the two-hole strap is supplied; 0.25 in lag bolts, screws or anchors must be purchased separately.
