SKU CH-4A8N-SYKJE

Lithium manganese dioxide battery powers the Siemens MAG 8000 electromagnetic flowmeter with a 3.6 V, 27 Ah capacity in a blue housing

  • Product typeHome Electronics Battery
  • Reliable power for Siemens MAG 8000 FlowMeter
  • 27 Ah capacity supports extended operation
  • 6 V Li-MnO2 chemistry matches original spec
  • Direct replacement for part E-1574
  • 100 % OEM compatible fit and function

Industrial flow-meter power

The Cameron & Co lithium-manganese dioxide cell replaces the Siemens E-1574 pack in MAG 8000 electromagnetic flow meters. It delivers 3.6 volts and 27 Ah capacity for continuous metering duty. The primary chemistry is non-rechargeable and intended for single-deployment use.

Steady long-term discharge

Li-MnO2 chemistry maintains stable voltage across the full 27 Ah rating without the voltage sag seen in pulse-oriented cells. Self-discharge remains low during storage so the meter retains readiness for extended service intervals. The 97.20 Wh energy content supports multi-year operation in typical flow-monitoring cycles.

Direct-fit enclosure

The blue housing measures 66.00 x 62.00 x 33.20 mm and matches the original battery footprint for tool-free insertion into the meter compartment. Polarity and connector layout follow the OEM specification so no adapter or rewiring is required. Buyers needing rechargeable cells or higher-capacity alternatives will not be served by this primary battery.

Questions about this item

How much power does the 3.6 V 27 Ah lithium-manganese dioxide cell draw during continuous operation in a MAG 8000 flow meter?

The primary cell supplies 97.20 Wh at 3.6 V and 27 Ah; it does not draw power itself but provides energy until depletion.

What existing equipment is required for this E-1574 replacement battery to function?

It is designed for the Siemens MAG 8000 electromagnetic flow meter and fits the original E-1574 battery compartment.

Will the 66.00 x 62.00 x 33.20 mm blue pack work alongside older Siemens flow-meter modules?

The cell matches the OEM E-1574 form factor and voltage, so it operates with legacy MAG 8000 installations without modification.
