This 1.05 Ah lithium-ion cell replaces the original power pack for a long list of Contour, Oregon, VholdR and Aiptek models. It fits devices such as the ContourHD 1080p, HD3300, HD1600 and the Oregon CT-3650, plus the Aiptek PocketDV 8900 and M1. The black housing matches the factory look and the 3.7 V rating keeps voltage identical to the stock unit.

Sustained recording behaviour

At 3.89 Wh the battery supports extended capture sessions rather than only short bursts. Continuous 1080p or 720p recording draws a steady current that the cell handles without the voltage sag seen in lower-capacity alternatives. Temperature remains stable during long takes, so the camera does not shut down prematurely when the pack is warm.

Practical limits of the form factor

The slim 52.92 x 33.78 x 5.48 mm profile means the pack only fits compartments designed for this exact footprint. It cannot power cameras that require a larger or higher-capacity cell, nor will it work in grips or external chargers built for different dimensions. Users needing more runtime must carry additional spares rather than a single larger battery.
