Cameron & Co DS-CS-BGT019SL GPS Battery

This lithium-ion pack delivers 11.1V and 2.6Ah for B&G marine equipment. It replaces the original 22046019 cell in PTT Pressurizing Tank Top spray pumps. The blue housing matches the factory colour code for quick identification on deck.

Thermals noise and power

Li-ion chemistry keeps self-discharge low during seasonal storage. The pack supplies 28.86Wh without active cooling or audible noise. Normal operation stays within the voltage window the pump controller expects.

Upgrade path and fit

This unit fits owners of B&G pressurising systems that use the 22046019 part number. It is not for installations that require a different voltage, connector layout or higher capacity than 2600mAh.

Questions about this item

How do I fit the DS-CS-BGT019SL into the B&G 22046019 PTT Pressurizing Tank Top, and which step catches people out?

Slide the 68.80 x 55.00 x 19.00 mm pack into the battery compartment, matching the blue casing orientation; the step most miss is pressing firmly until the latch clicks, otherwise the contacts stay loose.

What upkeep or replacement will the 11.1 V 2.6 Ah Li-ion pack need over time?

Capacity fades with each cycle; replace the battery when operating time falls noticeably short of the original 2600 mAh rating.

What limit appears first during continuous spray-pump operation?

The 28.86 Wh capacity sets the run-time ceiling; sustained high-current draw will deplete the pack before thermal limits are reached.
