Replacement battery for Bright Star LightHawk

This 7.4 V lithium-ion pack replaces the original 07880 cell in Bright Star LightHawk models 07802, 07815, 07816, 07817, 07835, 07855 and 07857. It delivers a rated 7.8 Ah capacity in a blue housing that matches the factory colour. The unit ships new and is built to 100 % OEM compatibility.

Steady output during extended shifts

The 57.72 Wh lithium-ion chemistry maintains a stable voltage across long duty cycles rather than fading after a short burst. Cells are balanced for consistent discharge so the LightHawk keeps its rated brightness until the pack is nearly depleted. No memory effect means partial recharges do not reduce usable capacity over time.

Direct fit with no soldering

The pack measures 66.80 x 61.20 x 37.00 mm and slides into the LightHawk battery compartment using the original connector. Alignment tabs prevent reverse insertion and the latch engages with a firm click. The only common issue is forgetting to fully seat the connector, which leaves the light dead on first press.
