Compatible flash battery

This 11.1 V 2000 mAh lithium-ion pack replaces the original power cell in Godox V850, V850II, V860 and V860II units as well as Flashpoint VB-18 and Zoom Li-on models. It matches part numbers VB18 and FPLFSMZLRB for direct OEM fit.

Build and daily use

The black casing measures 56.00 by 58.00 by 23.00 mm and slides into the flash grip without tools. Lithium-ion chemistry delivers 22.20 Wh capacity for extended shooting sessions and holds charge well between jobs.

Check before ordering

Confirm your flash unit appears in the supported list above; the battery will not fit earlier Godox models or third-party strobes that use a different form factor. Verify the VB18 or FPLFSMZLRB marking on your existing cell to ensure correct replacement.

Questions about this item

Does the 11.1 V Li-ion chemistry limit continuous current draw on a GODOX V860II flash?

The pack delivers 11.1 V at 2000 mAh for 22.20 Wh; peak current is governed by the flash's own circuitry, not the cell voltage.

Will the 56.00 × 58.00 × 23.00 mm case seat correctly in a Flashpoint VB-18 grip?

Yes — those dimensions match the original VB18 housing, so the battery slides into the V850, V850II, V860, V860II and Flashpoint VB-18 compartments without modification.

Is there a polarity key or latch to align when inserting the DS-CS-DGX850SL into a Zoom Li-on R2 TTL?

The pack uses the same keyed contacts as the OEM VB18; insert it label-side up until the latch clicks — forcing it backwards is the common mistake.
