Ni-MH replacement battery delivers 7.2 V and 2.1 Ah for Hitachi and Bostitch cordless tools
This Cameron & Co DS-CS-HTB712PW pack supplies 7.2 V and 2.1 Ah of nickel-metal-hydride energy. It fits a wide range of Hitachi nailers, drivers and drills including the D 10dB, D 10DC, DN 10DAT, DN 10DSA, DN 10DVA, DN 6DM, DN 7DT, DN 7DV and EB 7 series. The black casing measures 105.30 x 52.80 x 65.80 mm and replaces original part numbers 325292, EB712S and EB714S.
The cell drops into the same compartment as the factory 7.2 V pack without modification. Builders currently running a depleted 1.5 Ah or 1.7 Ah stick will notice longer run time per charge because the 2100 mAh rating stores more coulombs. The jump is worth it when a full day of fastening exceeds the old pack’s capacity and swapping cells on site slows the crew.
Nickel-metal-hydride chemistry delivers a flatter voltage curve than older nickel-cadmium packs, so driving force stays consistent from the first nail to the last. Heat build-up remains moderate during repetitive trigger pulls because the 15.12 Wh energy density spreads current across a larger active area. The pack accepts standard Ni-MH chargers and reaches full charge without the memory effect that degrades capacity after shallow cycles.

The pack measures 105.30 mm long, 52.80 mm wide and 65.80 mm high; compare those figures with your tool's battery cavity before ordering.
Slide the pack into the tool until the latches click, then charge it fully before first use; skipping that initial charge is the common mistake.
Replace the pack when run time falls noticeably short of the original 15.12 Wh capacity or the cells no longer accept a full charge.
