Users needing other voltages or form factors

Operators whose radios require a different voltage, capacity or physical profile will not be served by this pack. Fleets that standardise on non-Motorola models or on Motorola series not listed above should look at alternatives. The battery is also unsuitable for any device that does not accept the original PMNN4440-style footprint.

Deciding specification: 7.4 V 2600 mAh lithium-ion

The 7.4 V 2600 mAh rating determines whether this pack matches the radio's power requirements and run-time expectations. Verify that the original equipment specifies exactly this voltage and capacity before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Will the 95.80 x 60.95 x 24.00 mm case latch securely onto my Motorola DP3661E radio?

The pack is built to the same footprint as the original PMNN4440 so it clicks into the battery rail on the DP3661E and the other listed radios without modification.

Do I need to charge the 7.4 V 2600 mAh pack before first use, or can I just snap it in and talk?

Li-ion cells ship at storage voltage; put the battery on a Motorola desktop charger or compatible dock until the indicator shows full before relying on it for a shift.

How long will the 19.24 Wh Li-ion pack last before I need to buy a replacement?

Typical service life is two to three years of daily charge cycles; replace the pack when run time drops well below a full work day.
