Cameron & Co DS-CS-MTK241TW Li-ion battery 7.4V

This 7.4 V lithium-ion pack replaces original Motorola batteries for GP and HT series two-way radios. It fits professional users who need a direct 100 % OEM-compatible power source for fleet or field communications equipment.

Installation is a simple battery-latch swap

No tools or firmware updates are required; the pack clicks into the existing battery rails. The only common issue is forgetting to fully seat the latch, which can cause intermittent contact in high-vibration marine or vehicle environments.

2.6 Ah capacity delivers 19.24 Wh for extended

The cell chemistry supports full-shift operation on typical duty cycles. Runtime drops when transmit power is set to maximum or in sub-zero temperatures, so users planning continuous high-power TX should carry a spare pack.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the DS-CS-MTK241TW battery is working correctly after inserting it into my Motorola GP340?

The radio should power on immediately, display a full charge indicator and sustain transmission during a test call without voltage drop warnings.

What comes in the package and do I need to buy a charger separately?

The box contains one 7.4 V 2600 mAh Li-ion battery; a compatible Motorola charger is not included and must be purchased separately.

Which Cameron & Co battery version should I choose for my HT1250 LS+ radio?
