Replacement Battery for Endo-Mate EM13M

This 12.0 V nickel-metal hydride cell delivers 800 mAh capacity and 9.60 Wh energy. It fits EM13M, NE131, NE169, U421070, NSK EndoMate DT and X-SMARTU421-070 units. The blue pack measures 52.20 x 46.50 x 21.30 mm and ships brand new.

Ni-MH Chemistry Limits Continuous High-Current Draw

Nickel-metal hydride cells self-discharge faster than lithium types and voltage sags under heavy load. The 0.8 Ah rating suits intermittent clinical use but will not sustain prolonged motorised procedures without recharge. Memory effect can appear if packs are repeatedly topped up from partial discharge.

Direct Swap for OEM Part U421-070 and NSK U421-070

The pack replaces the original 12.0 V Ni-MH battery without adapter or firmware change. Upgrade is worthwhile when the original cell no longer holds a full charge or shows reduced run-time during endoscopy sessions. Buyers needing higher capacity or lithium chemistry must select a different system.
