Direct replacement for Panasonic tools

This Cameron & Co DS-CS-PEZ502PX is a 2.4V 3000mAh Ni-MH battery built to replace original packs in Panasonic cordless models including the EY3652, EZ1320, EZ502, EZ503 and EZ581 series. It suits professionals and DIY users who need a fresh power source for existing drills, drivers or saws that take the listed part numbers.

Restores full runtime to aging packs

The 3000mAh capacity restores the original run time lost to worn cells, letting the tool complete the same number of cuts or drives per charge as when it was new. No firmware, software or charger upgrade is required; the pack fits the same charger and tool interface already in use.

Slide-in fit with original latches

The pack measures 100.41 x 37.79 x 37.79 mm and uses the same latch geometry as the OEM batteries, so installation is a simple slide-and-click. The only common issue is oxidised contacts on older tools, which a quick clean with a cloth or contact spray resolves before the first charge.

Questions about this item

When should I replace the 3000mAh Ni-MH pack in my EY3652 drill?

Replace the pack when run-time drops noticeably or the drill slows under load; Ni-MH cells typically last several hundred charge cycles before capacity fades.

What limits continuous use of the 2.4V battery in an EZ1320 driver?

Heat builds up during sustained high-drain work; let the pack cool if the tool body becomes uncomfortably warm.

Does the DS-CS-PEZ502PX get hot or noisy during all-day use?

The battery itself is silent and only warms moderately; any fan noise comes from the tool, not the pack.
