Questions about this item

How long does the 3.5 Ah Ni-MH battery last under continuous strobe operation before voltage drops?

The 6.0 V 3500 mAh pack delivers 21.00 Wh, so runtime depends on the strobe's current draw; higher flash rates deplete the cells faster.

Does the pack run hot or make noise during all-day use in a Monarch Nova Strobe?

Ni-MH chemistry produces minimal heat and no audible noise; the compact 83.68 × 67.34 × 18.70 mm case stays cool under normal duty cycles.

Which Monarch models accept the DS-CS-MRH628SL without an adapter?

It fits BBL, BBX, DBL, DBX, Nova Strobe BBL, Nova Strobe BBX, Nova Strobe DBL, Nova Strobe DBX, Nova Strobe PBL, Nova Strobe PBX, Nova Strobe VBX, PBL, PBX and VBX units.
