Compatible JAY transmitter battery

This Cameron & Co Ni-MH pack delivers 2.4 volts and 2000 milliampere-hours for JAY UJ, UP and UJZE2024 crane remote controls. The green cell matches the original dimensions of 43.70 by 33.80 by 17.10 millimetres. It arrives new and fully OEM compatible.

Ideal for crane remote operators

Suits technicians who need a direct replacement for the original transmitter pack. Not for users requiring a different voltage, a higher capacity or a lithium chemistry. Also unsuitable for any device that does not accept the listed JAY part numbers.

2.4 V 2000 mAh Ni-MH chemistry

The 2.4 volt nickel-metal-hydride specification determines whether this cell fits your transmitter. Verify that your remote requires exactly this voltage and capacity before ordering.

Questions about this item

Will the 2.4 V Ni-MH pack run hot if the crane remote is operated all day?

The 2000 mAh Ni-MH chemistry stays cool under normal transmitter loads; no active cooling is required.

Does the 43.70 × 33.80 × 17.10 mm green pack fit my JAY UJ or UP transmitter without an adapter?

It matches the OEM UJZE2024 dimensions exactly, so it slides straight into the battery compartment.

Can I charge this 4.80 Wh battery with the original JAY charger I already own?

Yes — the pack uses the same 2.4 V Ni-MH profile, so the factory charger works without modification.
