Replacement Battery for Ravioli Crane Remotes

This 7.2 V nickel-metal-hydride pack delivers 1.2 Ah and 8.64 Wh for Ravioli MH1300, Micropiu, LNC1300 and NC1300 remote controls. It fits the original battery compartment without modification and ships ready to use. The black housing matches the factory appearance of the supplied handset.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

Ni-MH chemistry runs cool during typical crane-remote duty cycles and produces no audible noise. Self-discharge is low enough that the pack holds usable charge across normal work shifts. No active cooling or special ventilation is required in the handset.

Upgrade From Disposable Cells or Worn Packs

The pack replaces single-use alkaline cells or an aged Ni-MH stick that no longer holds a full shift. The jump is worth it when the original battery shows reduced runtime or when disposable-cell cost adds up over repeated changes. It is not suited for devices that require a different voltage or connector layout.

Questions about this item

How do I install the DS-CS-RMT130BL pack into my Ravioli MH1300 remote, and what step is often missed?

Slide the pack into the battery compartment until the contacts meet the terminals, then close the latch; the step often missed is ensuring the polarity markers on the pack align exactly with the symbols moulded into the housing.

What maintenance or replacement will this Ni-MH 7.2 V 1200 mAh pack need over time?

Ni-MH cells self-discharge; recharge every few months during storage and replace the pack once run-time falls well below the rated 1.2 Ah.

What limit appears first when the remote is used continuously at high power?

The 8.64 Wh energy capacity sets the runtime ceiling; sustained high-current draw will deplete the pack before any thermal limit is reached.
