Compatible Replacement Battery

This lithium-ion battery is built to fit the Iridium 9555 satellite phone. It replaces the original BAT20801 or BAT2081 pack with a 2400mAh capacity at 3.8 volts. The fully decoded chip communicates with the handset exactly like the factory unit.

Upgrade From Degraded Original

Swap this in when the original cell no longer holds a full day of standby or talk time. A fresh pack restores the rated 8.88Wh energy capacity after two or three complete charge cycles. The physical footprint of 108.60 x 38.50 x 12.50mm matches the OEM slot without modification.

For Iridium 9555 Owners Only

Users of any other satellite phone or two-way radio should look elsewhere because the connector and firmware handshake are model-specific. Buyers who need a higher capacity than 2400mAh or a different voltage will not find it in this SKU.
