Replacement Battery for CECOTEC Robot Vacuums

This lithium-ion pack replaces the original battery in CECOTEC CONGA 1090, 1190, 950, 990, Excellence and Excellence 990 models. It delivers 2600 mAh at 14.4 V and measures 69.50 x 37.00 x 37.00 mm. A built-in protection circuit guards against overcharge, over-discharge, over-voltage and short circuits.

Upgrade from a Degraded Original Cell

When the factory-fitted battery no longer holds enough charge for a full cleaning cycle, this unit restores the vacuum to its original run time. The jump is worth it if the robot still navigates and cleans well but cuts out early or refuses to dock. No firmware update or hardware modification is required for the swap.

Suits Owners of Listed CECOTEC Models

Buyers with a CONGA 1090, 1190, 950, 990, Excellence or Excellence 990 can install this pack directly. It is not for users of other vacuum brands, robots outside the listed series, or devices that require a different voltage or form factor. Always verify the part number CECOTEC CONG1002 against the original battery before ordering.

Questions about this item

Will the 69.50 x 37.00 x 37.00 mm dimensions fit my Conga 1090 battery compartment?

Yes, those are the exact dimensions of the CECOTEC CONG1002 pack, matching the original battery for Conga 1090, 1190, 950, 990, Excellence and Excellence 990 models.

How do I install the replacement pack, and what step is often missed?

Remove the old pack, align the connector, and press firmly until it clicks; the step many miss is fully seating the connector so the decoded chip communicates with the vacuum.

After how many charge cycles will the 2600 mAh capacity stabilise?

The manufacturer states the new lithium-ion pack reaches its best performance after two or three complete charge and discharge cycles.
