Cameron Sino Battery for Garmin Approach G8 1050mAh 3.89Wh

Direct replacement for Garmin Approach G8

This Cameron Sino battery matches the original 361-00035-06 part number and fits the Approach G8 GPS navigator. It supplies 1050mAh at 3.7V for 3.89Wh of capacity. The pack measures 53.30 x 34.00 x 5.70mm and weighs 22g. A fully decoded chip ensures the device reads charge status exactly like the factory cell.

Single-cell lithium-ion limits

The 1050mAh capacity defines the runtime ceiling; heavy GPS use will drain it in a few hours. Recharging follows standard lithium-ion chemistry at 3.7V nominal, so only the original Garmin charger or an equivalent 5V USB source should be used. The pack has no built-in fuel gauge beyond what the navigator reports. After 2 or 3 full charge and discharge cycles the cell reaches its rated capacity.

Slim hard-shell pack with connector keying

The 5.70mm thickness lets the battery sit flush inside the Approach G8 cavity without shims. Connector polarity is keyed to prevent reverse insertion, and the ribbon tail routes cleanly to the board. Overcharge, over-discharge, over-voltage and short-circuit protection circuits are integrated. The retail box includes shock-absorbing foam for safe transit.
