The unit delivers 2000mAh at 7.2 volts for 14.40Wh of energy. It is supplied new and carries ISO9001, RoHS and CE certification.

Suitable for Compatible Headset Owners

Buyers with one of the listed TELEX models can use this pack as a direct replacement. The decoded chip works like the original battery. Users who cannot confirm their headset model or part number should look elsewhere. Anyone needing a different voltage, capacity or form factor must choose another product.

Straightforward Swap with Basic Precautions

Installation is a simple case opening and connector exchange; many online videos demonstrate the steps. The connector must be seated fully or the headset will not power on. A new pack reaches full capacity after two or three complete charge cycles. Avoid low-quality chargers and do not expose the cell to temperatures above 60 140.
