It is built to the same physical and electrical specifications as the factory unit and includes a fully decoded chip that communicates with the lift's electronics. The pack is certified to ISO 9001, RoHS and CE standards and ships in protective foam packaging.

Capacity and runtime limits

Rated at 2000 mAh and 28.80 Wh, the battery delivers enough energy for multiple lift cycles in typical care environments. Runtime falls as the load approaches the lift's maximum capacity or when the pack nears the end of its cycle life; after 2–3 full charge-discharge cycles the cells reach their rated performance. It is not suited for continuous high-drain operation or for devices that demand a higher voltage or capacity.

Voltage and chemistry constraints

The pack operates at a nominal 14.4 V and must only be charged with a compatible Amico charger; low-quality third-party adapters can shorten cell life. Storage above 60 °C / 140 °F is prohibited, and the unit must never be disassembled, immersed or incinerated. No other voltage, chemistry or form factor is supported by this replacement.
