Heavy-Duty Crate for Large Dogs

The CAMMOO DC480302 is a 48-inch steel kennel built for large and medium breeds that need a secure, den-like space. Its four-sided anti-bite panels and full square-tube frame weigh over 100 lbs, creating a rigid structure that resists chewing and escape attempts.

Suits Powerful Chewers; Not for Portable Use

This crate fits owners who want a permanent indoor sanctuary with a 25.2-inch wide door and a comfort-widened 2-inch floor panel that supports paws. Buyers who need a lightweight, fold-flat travel crate or a kennel that can be lifted daily should look at something else.

Quick Assembly with Six Identical Screws

The collapsible design goes together in minutes using only six matching screws, so there is no confusion over hardware. The recessed waterproof PVC tray locks firmly in place for easy cleaning, though the unit's 100 lb weight makes repositioning a two-person job.

Questions about this item

What floor space do I need to fit the crate's external footprint of 47.6 in by 30.7 in?

Allow at least 47.6 inches long by 30.7 inches wide on your floor for the crate's external dimensions, plus a little extra clearance around the 25.2-inch-wide door swing.

Will the 29.1-inch internal width still give my dog room if I keep a thick orthopaedic bed inside?

The 29.1-inch internal width leaves space beside a typical large bed; the 2-inch-wide floor panel and adjustable 29.5-to-32.3-inch height help accommodate bedding without cramping your dog.

How do I confirm the internal height is locked at the 32.3-inch setting after adjustment?

After moving the panels to the upper position, verify the two height pins are fully seated and the side panels sit flush; the interior should then measure 32.3 inches from floor to top rail.
