Ergonomic Rosewood Grip

The Camvate Wood Handle is a left-oriented handgrip built from rosewood and aluminium alloy for camera cages and rigs. Its contoured shape gives a secure hold that reduces shake during handheld video work. The grip weighs 176.6 g (6.23 oz) so it adds minimal bulk to a rig. It is intended for videographers who want a comfortable, fixed side handle.

Reversible 1/4"-20 Mount

The handle attaches via two 1/4"-20 thumbscrews set 18 mm apart and can be flipped by reversing the connection unit. This lets operators switch the grip between forward and backward orientations without tools. The design replaces single-screw handles that can rotate under torque. The jump is worthwhile when a cage has dual 1/4"-20 holes and the shooter needs a locked, non-rotating grip.

Fixed Left-Hand Orientation

The grip is moulded for left-hand use only and cannot be swapped to the right side. Dual screws prevent lateral deviation once tightened with an Allen key. It comfortably supports typical mirrorless and cinema cages that expose the 18 mm hole pattern. It runs out when a rig lacks dual 1/4"-20 points or when a right-hand or ambidextrous handle is required.
