Canon 3786B004BA GPR-36 Drum Unit Black 56000 pages

Genuine Canon GPR-36 Drum Unit

This genuine Canon GPR-36 drum unit is designed for the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2020, C2030, C2225 and C2230 series. It supplies the imaging component required for black laser output in those specific multifunction printers. Offices running the listed models use this unit to maintain consistent print quality. It is not for printers outside the named compatibility list.

Yield and Compatibility Limits

The unit is rated for approximately 56000 pages under typical printing conditions. Actual yield varies with page coverage, job size and environmental factors. The drum functions only with the four Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE series identified in the specifications. It cannot be used in other Canon models or third-party devices.

Installation and Common Issues

Replacement follows the standard front-access procedure for the compatible imageRUNNER ADVANCE machines. The single-unit packaging allows direct insertion without assembly. Most issues arise when the drum is installed in an unsupported model or when the printer firmware does not recognise the genuine chip. Ensuring the correct model match prevents detection errors.
