Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

Offices running any of the four listed models will find the correct fit and a yield of 36000 pages at 5% coverage for the C2020, rising to 44000 for the C2225 and 51000 for the C2030 and C2230. Buyers with other Canon printers or with third-party hardware cannot use this drum unit.

Deciding specification — compatible models and yield

Questions about this item

Will the 3787B004 cyan drum unit work in my imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2020 alongside the existing black, magenta and yellow drums?

Yes, the 3787B004 is listed as compatible with the C2020 and installs independently, so your other colour drums stay in place.

How can I verify the drum is performing correctly after I install it in the C2230?

Print a test page and check the device status screen; the cyan drum counter should reset and show an estimated yield of 51,000 pages at 5% coverage.

Does the box contain only the cyan drum unit or are toner bottles included?

The package holds the genuine Canon cyan drum unit (part 3787B004); cyan toner bottles are sold separately.
