Questions about this item

Will I need to buy a new Windows licence if I am still on Windows 10 64-bit?

No, Windows 10 64-bit meets the minimum OS requirement so the game will run without an OS upgrade.

Which component will hit its limit first during long sessions on minimum spec hardware?

The AMD Ryzen 3 1200 or Intel Core i5-7500 processor will reach its performance ceiling before other parts under sustained load.

How much heat and fan noise should I expect from my PC when running this game all day?

Expect higher CPU temperatures and louder cooling fans because the processor works continuously at near-maximum utilisation.
