Purpose and Audience

The Capresso Infinity Plus 57002 is a conical burr coffee grinder designed for home users who want consistent particle size across multiple brewing methods. It suits anyone preparing Turkish, espresso, drip, French press, pour-over, percolator or cold brew coffee. Buyers who need a built-in scale or programmable dosing should look elsewhere.

Accessories and Software

The grinder includes a see-through bean container, a removable upper burr and a safety lock system. The transparent hopper lets you monitor bean levels at a glance, while the removable burr simplifies cleaning without tools. The safety lock prevents operation unless the hopper is correctly seated, reducing mess and accidental starts. Pulse grinding adds manual control for short bursts.

Build and Connectors

Commercial-grade solid steel conical burrs are produced as matched pairs and hand-assembled for alignment. An innovative gear reduction motor drives the burrs at the slowest speed in its class to limit friction and heat. The white finish offers a contemporary look that fits modern kitchens, and the unit is also available in black and die-cast stainless steel.

Questions about this item

How often should the solid steel conical burrs be cleaned or replaced on the 57002?

The removable upper burr allows easy cleaning after each use; solid steel construction means replacement is rarely needed under normal home use.

Which component limits continuous grinding sessions on the Infinity Plus?

The gear reduction motor is designed for slow, low-heat operation, so the bean container capacity is the practical limit before refilling.

How much noise and heat does the grinder produce during extended daily use?

The slowest grinding speed in its class and gear reduction motor minimize both friction heat and operational noise for all-day suitability.
