Ice Blue 24 LED USB Strip

This new automotive specialty light uses a 12 V USB connection to power 24 ice-blue LEDs inside a flexible silicone shell. The strip is designed for under-dash or interior accent lighting in cars, SUVs and trucks. At 0.059 kilograms it adds negligible weight and installs with the supplied double-sided tape.

Replaces Single-Colour Courtesy Lights

The upgrade is worthwhile when you want uniform ambient glow instead of a single dome or footwell bulb. The dense LED spacing gives even illumination for finding dropped items or entering the vehicle at night. It is not for buyers who need full-spectrum RGB colour changes or dynamic music-sync effects.

Limited to 12 V USB Power

The strip draws power only from a standard 12 V USB port, so it cannot be hard-wired to a fused circuit or controlled by a dedicated dimmer module. Length and brightness are fixed by the 24-LED layout; the product does not support daisy-chaining or extension cables. Installers must ensure a clean, dry mounting surface for the adhesive to hold.

Questions about this item

What surface and clearance does the 0.059 kg silicone strip need to mount under the dash?

The flexible silicone strip uses included double-sided tape, so it only needs a clean, dry, flat surface and enough room for the USB plug to reach a 12 V port.

Which step do installers most often skip when fitting the 24 LED strip?

Many forget to clean and dry the mounting area before peeling the tape; residue or moisture prevents the adhesive from bonding securely.

When will the 24 LED beads or USB connector need replacement?

The high-brightness LEDs are rated for long service life, and the sealed silicone shell resists water and wear, so no scheduled replacement is expected under normal use.
