Interchangeable Mount Set for CP.2 Lenses

This mount set adapts Zeiss Compact Prime CP.2 lenses in 50 and 85 focal lengths to Nikon F camera bodies. It is built for cinematographers and photographers who need to use these specific lenses on Nikon mount systems without replacing their existing glass.

Mechanical reliability during extended shoots

The adapter is constructed from high-quality materials to maintain a secure, stable connection between lens and camera under professional working conditions. Its design preserves accurate focal length calibration so focus marks remain consistent throughout long production days.

Nikon F mount flange-distance constraint

The Nikon F system's flange focal distance determines which lenses can be adapted without optical correction; this set is engineered specifically for CP.2 lenses that match that requirement. Lenses with a shorter flange distance cannot reach infinity focus on this mount, so the adapter only supports the designated 50 and 85 models.

Questions about this item

Does the mount adapter add any heat or power draw during all-day shooting?

The mount set is a purely mechanical adapter with no electronics, so it generates no heat and draws no power during extended use.

Which lenses and camera bodies must I already own for this set to work?

You need Zeiss Compact Prime CP.2 lenses in 50mm or 85mm focal lengths and a camera body with a Nikon F mount.

Will my older manual-focus Nikon F lenses still function normally alongside this adapter?

The adapter only connects CP.2 lenses to an F-mount body; it does not alter how any other F-mount lenses operate on that camera.
