Set of Two Folding Step Stools

This pair of Casafield folding step stools gives adults and children an extra 11 inches of reach around the home. Each stool weighs little enough to carry with one hand and folds flat for storage in a cupboard or RV compartment. The built-in handle makes moving them between kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or dorm quick and simple.

Safety Limits of the Folding Mechanism

The stool must be opened fully to its locked position before anyone steps on it. It is designed for use only on flat, level, non-slippery surfaces; uneven floors or elevated platforms can cause the frame to shift. Weight should stay evenly distributed across the grip-dot surface and users should wear slip-resistant shoes for maximum stability.

11-Inch Height and Platform Dimensions

The open platform measures 11.25 inches wide by 8.5 inches deep, providing secure footing for most adults while the 11-inch lift reaches upper cabinets and shelves. When folded the unit is only 1.5 inches deep, so two stools slide into narrow gaps beside appliances or under beds. The 11-inch height ceiling means ceiling-mounted fixtures or very high cupboards remain out of reach.

Questions about this item

How do I decide between the single stool and the set of two?

The listing is a set of two identical black stools; each opens to 13" W x 10.5" D x 11" H and folds flat to 13" W x 1.5" D x 16.5" H.

What does the 11-inch height mean when I am standing on it?

The open stool puts the grip-dot platform 11 inches off the floor, giving an average adult enough lift to reach upper kitchen cabinets or bathroom shelves.

Does the folding mechanism lock to a standard safety rating?

The stool is safety certified for adults and uses anti-skid foot pads plus a textured non-slip surface; open it fully to the locked position before stepping on.
