When open the platform measures 11.25 by 8.5 inches and stands 13 inches high on a 14.5 by 11.75-inch footprint. Folded it is just 1.5 inches deep by 18 inches tall, so it slides into narrow gaps but cannot serve as a permanent seat or work platform.
