Cascades C383 toilet paper holder

Touchless Jumbo-Roll Dispenser

The Cascades Tandem C383 is a touch-free toilet paper dispenser that holds one jumbo roll of two-ply tissue. A no-touch mechanism releases paper without hand contact, supporting hygiene in high-traffic commercial restrooms. The fully enclosed roll stays protected from splashes and airborne contaminants. Installation follows ADA guidelines when mounted at the specified height.

Suited for Busy Shared Facilities

Schools, retail premises, industrial sites, food-service venues and office buildings benefit from the 1,250-foot roll capacity that reduces refill frequency. The quick-check window shows remaining paper without opening the cabinet. The dual-lock system accepts either a key or a push-button release, simplifying maintenance. Buyers who need multi-roll capacity or a non-touchless design should consider other models.

99.9 Percent Jam-Free Reliability

The dispenser is engineered to operate with a 99.9 percent jam-free rate, keeping queues moving during peak periods. Stub-roll transfer ensures the last sheets of one roll are used before the next engages, cutting waste. Dimensions of 13.8 by 10.8 by 5.6 inches fit compact stalls while delivering high-capacity performance. This single metric determines whether the unit matches a facility’s uptime requirements.
